Geneviéve Banner is the Director of Training for Rise48 Equity and Rise48 Communities. Geneviéve’s main responsibilities include creating an immersive training department with a hybrid curriculum, which supports the company’s goals and culture, and produces a well-trained on-site and corporate staff. Geneviéve is originally from Louisiana, but now resides in the Mesa/Gilbert area with her family.
Geneviéve has a professional background in banking, investments and training where she has 14+ years of experience creating training and development departments and programs.
Geneviéve holds a Master’s degree in Educational Technology Leadership from the University of Louisiana and graduated Magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.
