Mikenna is a Learning & Development Specialist for Rise48 Equity. Mikenna’s main responsibilities include supporting the company’s training strategies, aiding the director of training, developing all training materials, manuals and procedures, and assisting with onsite training at our communities. She resides locally in Casa Grande, Arizona.
Mikenna has a professional background in education, where she has 5+ years of experience with developing and delivering effective instruction, applying various learning strategies, and creating a positive learning environment.
Mikenna holds an Associate of Arts degree in Elementary Education from Central Arizona College.
