Shannon Jordan is a Supply Lead for Rise48 Equity. Shannon’s main responsibilities include on-site inspection and documentation of incoming supply shipments to our properties. This includes checking for damaged, missing and defective items from suppliers and manufacturers. Shannon is also responsible for coordinating daily logistics with supplier for deliveries and backorders, overseeing team schedules and supply coordinator training for both the Phoenix and Dallas teams.
Shannon has a professional background in construction where he has 10+ years of experience managing residential construction and renovation projects.
Shannon is a licensed Electrician Apprentice. He holds a OSHA 10 Certification and working on his Construction Quality Management (CQM) Certification.
