Tarah is main responsibilities are to provide leadership to the portfolio by interviewing, hiring, and training team members. Tarah also manages and supports their performance in accordance with company policies, values, and business practices. She ensures that the portfolio meets the established operational and financial performance goals, and ensures that the appearance and physical aspects of the properties meet Rise48 Communities’ established standards through routine site and safety inspections.
She resides locally in Glendale, AZ with her husband and two children. Tarah has a professional background in property management working for a range of recognized national and regional real estate firms throughout New Mexico and Arizona. With over 20 years in the multi-family industry, Tarah brings experience with class A+ through class C multifamily assets, value-add renovation/reposition, new construction lease up, as well as LIHTC with multi-layering of financing and set asides.
Tarah graduated Summa Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of New Mexico. She holds her Arizona Real Estate License as well as a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation with the National Apartment Association. Tarah is highly active within the Arizona Multihousing Association, participating in multiple committees. She served on the Apartment Association of New Mexico Board of Directors and was voted President-Elect in 2016.
