Victoria Hanna is an Operations Specialist for Rise48 Equity. Victoria’s main responsibilities include helping execute the team’s strategy to optimize asset value within a growing multifamily portfolio, performing regularly scheduled property inspections for all assets under management and supporting the transaction team on underwriting review of due diligence reports as required for new acquisitions. Originally from Orlando, Florida, she now resides locally in Phoenix, Arizona.
Victoria has a background in customer service through the service industry and managing her own dance company. Her passion for customer service and teaching has best been applied through property management. She started her journey in property management in 2018 where her career rapidly progressed from an onsite leasing agent to an assistant manager, then to a regional leasing manager, until discovered by Rise48 Equity and joining the team as an Operations Specialist.
