Robert Szewczyk is the Co-Founder and Designated Broker of Rise48 Equity and Rise48 Communities. With more than 20 years of experience as a principal and real estate investor, Robert oversees asset project management, property inspections, and property management brokerage operations, with a sharp focus on timelines and capital expenditure budgets. He resides in Phoenix, Arizona with his wife Anita Szewczyk, MD, and their three children, Olivia, Anya, and Robert Jr.
Robert’s investment experience spans a diverse range of asset classes, including multifamily apartments, mobile home parks, hotels, and single-family homes across both domestic and international markets.
He has held an Arizona Real Estate Broker license since 2009 and currently serves as Designated Broker for Rise48 Communities, the property management subsidiary within Rise48 Group.
Robert holds a Master of Science in Architecture from the Polytechnic University of Cracow, Poland, with special recognition from the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) in London.
