We purchased Rise West Arlington, 220 units, in Arlington, TX in April 2024.
We have completed a brand new 3-tone exterior paint scheme, upgraded the property signage and installed a brand new permanent monument sign. We are also currently in the process of upgrading the landscaping to increase curb appeal at the property.
In addition to exterior renovations, we will begin renovating the interior units, leasing office, clubhouse, and fitness center soon.

We purchased Rise Fossil Creek, 288 units, in Fort Worth, TX in April 2024.
We have completed a brand new 3-tone exterior paint scheme and upgraded the property signage. We are in the process of renovating the monument sign and upgrading the landscaping.
In addition to exterior upgrades, we have renovated 3 of the interior units to our platinum level finish and as the year progresses, we plan on increasing the velocity for renovations.
