February Highlights: Key Moments from Rise48 Equity’s Social Media Posts

February at Rise48 Equity continued the momentum of the new year, focused on team alignment, industry engagement, and giving back to the communities we serve. Our North Carolina and Arizona teams each held their Q4 All-Staff Meetings, bringing leadership and onsite teams together to review performance, celebrate promotions and anniversaries, and align on priorities for the year ahead while recognizing individuals who continue to live out our core values. Both teams also spent time serving their local communities, with the North Carolina team partnering with Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina to assemble snack packs and hygiene kits for families in need, and the Arizona team volunteering across multiple areas of St. Vincent de Paul while celebrating Rise48’s recognition on the 1,000 Pounds Club wall after donating over 1,500 pounds of food. During the month, members of our capital formation team also attended the Best Ever Conference in Salt Lake City, connecting with investors, operators, and industry leaders while engaging in meaningful conversations around today’s capital markets and underwriting discipline as we continue building momentum for the year ahead.

Our Arizona team recently came together for our Q4 All-Staff Meeting to review performance, recognize milestones, and align on priorities for the year.

The meeting highlighted promotions and anniversaries across both corporate and property management teams, along with recognition of individuals who continue to uphold our core values daily.

After the meeting, the team spent the afternoon volunteering at St. Vincent de Paul, supporting multiple areas across their campus from the food bank and kitchen prep to garden support and resident engagement. We also had the opportunity to see Rise48 Equity recognized on the 1,000 Pounds Club wall after donating 1,544 pounds of food through our recent drive.

Celebrating progress while giving back to the community is an important part of our culture. Proud of the Arizona team and the example they continue to set.

Last week, our capital formation team Jeremy Dyer 🎙️, Nick Stromwall, and Jason Kish — attended the Best Ever Conference in Salt Lake City, connecting with investors, operators, and industry leaders from across the country.

Events like BEC create space for meaningful conversations around today’s capital markets, underwriting discipline, and where multifamily sits in the current cycle. The conversations were thoughtful and practical, with a clear focus on execution in an environment that continues to evolve.
