Mary E. Worthy is a Regional Property Director with over 22 years of experience in the multifamily industry. Based in Greensboro and Charlotte, North Carolina, Mary is responsible for building strong communities, protecting assets, and leading teams with integrity while ensuring alignment with ownership objectives. Her role focuses on developing talent, executing strategic marketing initiatives, and driving financial performance across her portfolio.
Mary is an award-winning leader known for her ability to cultivate high-performing teams and deliver consistent results. Throughout her career, she has excelled across a wide range of real estate sectors, including mixed-use urban development, multifamily construction and management, student housing, value-add and capital renovation projects, as well as land development and new construction. Her well-rounded experience allows her to approach operations with both a strategic and hands-on mindset.
She holds an Associate of Science in Property Management and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business and Organizational Leadership, and she is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Transformational Leadership. Mary also holds Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) designations through the National Apartment Association and is currently pursuing her Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation with the Institute of Real Estate Management. In addition, she is working toward obtaining a real estate license covering North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia.
