Trayven Cartwright is a Centralized Operations Support Specialist with more than five years of experience in property management and over seven years of experience in customer service. Based in Phoenix, Arizona, Trayven is responsible for auditing and finalizing move-outs across the Rise portfolio, helping ensure accuracy, consistency, and efficiency throughout the process.
Trayven brings a strong background in both property management and customer service, with experience working in fast-paced, customer-focused environments, including Starbucks and the restaurant industry. This experience has developed strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills that Trayven applies to supporting property operations and delivering a positive experience for residents and onsite teams.
Trayven is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management with a minor in Business Administration from Colorado State University and is also working toward a Project Management certification through Google. In 2024, Trayven was a finalist for Best Student Housing Community, recognizing their contributions and experience within the student housing industry.
