Daniel Farnham is the Asset Management Associate for Rise48 Equity. His responsibilities include helping execute our team’s strategy to optimize asset value within a growing multifamily portfolio. Daniel performs regularly scheduled property inspections for all assets under management and will support the transaction team on underwriting review of due diligence reports as required for new acquisition. Originally from Toronto, Canada, he now resides in Dallas, Texas.
Daniel brings along a strong project management background with ten years of leadership experience including overseeing multi-family green initiative projects, as well as commercial maintenance and renovation projects across the United States. His experience, attention to detail, and dedication will help us deliver successful outcomes in the Dallas market.
