Justin Gandy is the Regional Maintenance/Construction Manager for Rise48 Equity in Charlotte, NC. Justin’s main responsibilities include overseeing and directing construction projects until completion, monitor compliance with building and safety regulations and reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables, review and approve change orders, estimate costs, and create, maintain and communicate scope of work to contractors.
