Krissy Sutton is the Regional Vice President of Operations at Rise48 Equity. Krissy’s main responsibilities main responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies related to property management operations, directing and empowering team members, and administering policies, procedures, and practices for the communities.
She resides locally in Burleson, TX with her husband and three sons. Krissy has a professional background in Multi-Family, Single Family and Commercial Real Estate Property Management working for a range of recognized national and regional development and equity firms throughout Texas. With over 16 years in the multi-family industry, Krissy brings experience with class A+ through class C multifamily assets, value-add renovation/reposition, new construction lease up, as well as commercial sales and leasing.
Krissy graduated from Burleson High School. Krissy holds her Texas Real Estate license with the Texas Real Estate Commission in Austin, TX.
