We purchased Rise Heather Ridge, 252 units, in the Arlington submarket of the Dallas, TX MSA in October 2023.

We have completed a brand new 3-tone exterior paint scheme, added new marketing banners, and are in the process of renovating the monument sign.

In addition to exterior upgrades, we have completely renovated 6 interior units to our platinum level finish. Our emphasis this year is on maintaining high occupancy and continuing to carry out our business plan at this Rise Heather Ridge.
