We purchased Rise North Arlington, 270 units, in the Arlington submarket of the Dallas, TX MSA in July 2023. We have completed a brand new 3-tone exterior paint scheme, added new marketing banners, a brand-new monument sign, and a landscaping refresh by removing debris and dead trees. Coming up we will be doing renovations of the leasing office and the fitness center.
In addition to exterior upgrades, we have completely renovated 35 interior units to our platinum level finish. Our emphasis this year is on maintaining high occupancy and continuing to carry out our business plan at Rise North Arlington.
