We also celebrated a major achievement as Elise Delk, our Vice President of Finance, was named Arizona’s 2024 Controller of the Year, recognizing her exceptional leadership and contributions to our financial operations. Additionally, our team, including CEO & Co-Founder Zach Haptonstall, Jeremy Dyer, and Director of Investor Engagement Nick Stromwall, attended the Best Ever Conference in Salt Lake City, where they connected with top industry professionals, gained fresh perspectives, and strengthened relationships to help drive future growth. We were excited to host our quarterly All Staff Meeting in Charlotte at Rise Blue Ridge, one of our first communities in North Carolina.
