Rise48 Equity CEO & Co-Founder, Zach Haptonstall, visited our Charlotte office and our two new properties, Rise Blue Ridge and Rise Matthews Pointe. Since acquisition a few weeks ago, we’ve had a seamless transition and have already begun executing our business plans.

Last Friday, our Arizona corporate team had our monthly team lunch at our headquarters in Scottsdale, AZ.
We catered Chicago classic deep dish and thin crust pizzas and salads from Lou Malnati’s Pizzeria in Scottsdale. We always look forward to hosting these monthly lunches and having the team all together!
This past month we kicked off our annual Rise Supplies Back-To-School Events in Phoenix, AZ! We hosted events at all 29 of our properties in Phoenix, where we donated thousands of backpacks and school supply kits to our residents.
Later this month, all 11 of our Dallas properties along with our two new properties in Charlotte, will be hosting events and donating backpacks and supplies.
The properties celebrated the new school year with coloring stations, photo booths, ice cream socials, snow cone trucks, massive inflatable water slides, and so many other fun activities. The Rise48 teams organized sticker and iron-on patch stations where kids could personalize their new backpacks, notebooks, and folders.

We purchased Rise Spring Pointe, 323 units, in Fort Worth, TX in March 2024.
We have completed a brand new 3-tone exterior paint scheme, added new marketing banners, upgraded the landscaping and we are in the process of renovating the pool.
In addition to exterior upgrades, we have 8 interior units that are in the process of being renovated to our platinum level finish and we will be ramping up our renovations as the year progresses.
