Alice Pan Sandhu is the Co-Chair of Rise Up Give Back and an Equitable Partner of Rise48 Equity.
Alice’s main responsibilities include leading initiatives to promote equity and community impact by collaborating on strategic partnerships, overseeing charitable events, and fostering a culture of giving back that aligns with the company’s mission to uplift local communities.
She resides in Scottsdale, Arizona with her husband Bikran Sandhu and their family.
Alice implemented the Investor Relations department and held the position as Vice President of Investor Relations for Rise48 Equity from 2019-2024. She has transitioned to being a full-time mother and her focus is now on philanthropy efforts for the company with Rise Up Give Back.
Alice has a professional background in Human Resources, mainly in Recruiting, Operations, and Immigration. As a full-time real estate professional, she continues to support Rise48 Equity with high confidentiality.
Alice holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with Honors and minored in Management.
