Andrew is a seasoned property management professional with over 24 years of experience across a wide range of asset types, including new lease-ups, LIHTC, RD-515, value-add communities, and third-party management. Based in Kernersville, North Carolina, Andrew oversees and supports management and maintenance teams across a growing portfolio in the region, ensuring strong operational performance and alignment with ownership objectives.
In his role, Andrew is responsible for supporting asset operations and developing and implementing strategies designed to meet or exceed ownership goals. Andrew holds a Master of Business Administration from Wake Forest University, a Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) designation through the National Apartment Association, and is a Licensed North Carolina Real Estate Broker. He is also a graduate of the Apartment Association of North Carolina Leadership Lyceum program.
