Brady Baloun serves as the VP of Investment Management for Rise48 Equity. Having been a member of the firm since inception, he is responsible for all parts of the acquisition and disposition processes in Rise48 Equity’s Scottsdale office, where the firm pursues multifamily investment opportunities throughout key growth markets in the United States. Brady holds a bachelor’s degree in Business from Arizona State University and resides in Phoenix, Arizona.
Brady has overseen more than $2.5 billion in transaction volume, secured over $1.5 billion of debt financing, and is actively involved in launching each of the firm’s investment vehicles.
