Frank Macias is an Assistant Construction Lead for Rise48 Equity. Frank’s main responsibilities include assisting the oversight and directing construction projects until completion, monitor compliance with building and safety regulations and reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables, review and approve change orders, estimate costs, and create, maintain and communicate scope of work to contractors. He is originally from Central California and currently resides in Phoenix, AZ.
Frank has a background in residential and commercial construction where he has 10+ years of experience as a contractor, project foreman and project manager.
