Grace Haptonstall is the Co-Chair of Rise Up Give Back and an Equitable Partner of Rise48 Equity.
Grace’s main responsibilities include leading initiatives to promote equity and community impact by collaborating on strategic partnerships, overseeing charitable events, and fostering a culture of giving back that aligns with the company’s mission to uplift local communities.
She resides in both Scottsdale, Arizona, and Dallas, Texas with her husband Zach and their family.
Grace and Zach Haptonstall Founded ZH Multifamily in 2018 and grew their portfolio to $35M. They retired ZH Multifamily in 2020 and formed Rise48 Equity with their business partners. Grace implemented the marketing department and held the position as Vice President of Marketing for Rise48 Equity from 2019-2024. She has transitioned to being a full-time mother and her focus is now on philanthropy efforts for the company and founded Rise Up Give Back.
Grace’s professional background is business development and marketing. In her former role, she sold and managed a multi-million dollar portfolio for a Commercial Real Estate Vendor. From there, she went on to join a fast-growing startup in the Multifamily Industry.
Grace holds an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Business and Marketing from Scottsdale Community College.
