Jazmin Ruiz is an Asset Management Associate for Rise48 Equity. Jazmin’s main responsibilities include helping execute our team’s strategy to optimize asset value within a growing multifamily portfolio. Jazmin analyzes leases and rental rates to support, execute and measure results of marketing strategies and tactical plans. Jazmin also facilitates the ‘on-boarding’ of assets with transaction team at acquisition & disposition including rent and service charge reconciliations, insurance placement & cancellation so that asset handovers are smooth.
