Joana’s main responsibilities include conducting orientations, facilitating federal form completion, and coordinating training sessions. She assists in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and actively participates in the organization’s commitment to compliance by assisting in the maintenance of HR-related documentation, including employee handbooks, policies, and procedures manuals. Her professional journey has taken her from the vibrant community of the San Fernando Valley, California, where she was born and raised, to the dynamic city of Dallas, Texas, where she currently resides.
