Justin Gandy is the Regional Capex Construction Director for Rise48 Equity. Justin’s main responsibilities include overseeing and directing construction projects until completion, monitor compliance with building and safety regulations and reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables, review and approve change orders, estimate costs, and create, maintain and communicate scope of work to contractors. He resides in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Justin has a professional background in maintenance supervision, where he was responsible for running the maintenance department on property, and was responsible for all on-board training for maintenance personnel in his previous position.
