Lindsay is the Senior Accountant for Rise48 Equity. Lindsay’s main responsibilities include maintaining financial records for our Corporate Entities, which include Rise48 Equity, Rise48 Communities, and Rise48 Construction as well as our investing entities such as Rise Fund III.
She is also responsible for record-keeping of incoming funds from investors, as well as obtaining funds for our ongoing capex projects at the properties and participate in the compilation of information for the preparation of tax documents for our investors. She resides locally in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Lindsay has a professional background in accounting where she has 12+ years of experience in bookkeeping and financial reporting in a variety of industries including tourism, retail, construction, real estate, auto sales, and property management.
Lindsay holds a bachelor’s degree from Youngstown State University.
