Lucy Ramirez is a Regional Property Director for Rise48 Equity. Lucy’s main responsibilities are to provide leadership to the portfolio by interviewing, hiring, and training team members. She also manages and supports their performance in accordance with company policies, values, and business practices. Lucy ensures that the portfolio meets the established operational and financial performance goals and ensures that the appearance and physical aspects of the properties meet Rise48 Communities’ established standards through routine site and safety inspections. She resides locally in Avondale, Arizona.
Lucy brings along a strong leadership skills background with 24 years of multi housing experience with conventional, tax credit, mix -income, senior and student housing, as well as renovation projects across Arizona. Her experience, attention to detail, and dedication will help us deliver successful outcomes within the portfolio.
She holds a CAM & ARM from NAA & IREM.
