Michael Jaramillo serves as a Senior Tax Associate for Rise48 Equity. In his role, he supports the tax compliance process across the firm’s portfolio of partnerships. He analyzes capital activity, partnership allocations, and tax basis considerations to help ensure accurate Schedule K-1 reporting and timely year-end filings. Michael works closely with internal teams and external CPA partners to maintain compliance and uphold reporting accuracy.
Michael brings over three years of public accounting experience from CBIZ, a top 10 accounting firm, where he focused on partnership taxation and tax compliance. His background provides a strong foundation in technical tax analysis, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting (2021) and a Master of Accounting (2022) from the University of Arizona. Michael is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), licensed in the State of Arizona in July 2024, and is based in Scottsdale, Arizona.
