Nicole Wahl is the Property Marketing Supervisor for Rise48 Equity. Nicole’s main responsibilities include assisting the Director of Property Marketing with developing marketing strategies for the portfolio, designing community print collateral, and managing the Rise48 Communities’ individual social media sites. She resides locally in Gilbert, Arizona.
Nicole has a professional background in marketing and graphic design, where she has 5+ years of experience with brand design, creating print/digital marketing materials, and conducting research to analyze market trends. In her previous role as Marketing Coordinator for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, she was tasked with the development, execution, and monitoring of email, digital, social media, and content marketing campaigns.
Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Arizona State University.
