Robert Szewczyk is the Co-Founder and the Designated Broker of Rise48 Equity and Rise48 Communities.
Robert’s main responsibilities include overseeing the asset projects, property inspections, and the property management brokerage by maintaining a heightened focus on timelines and capital expenditure budget.
He currently resides in Phoenix, Arizona with his wife Anita Szewczyk MD and their three children, Olivia, Anya, and Robert Jr.
Robert has been a principal and investing in real estate for over 20 years and has equitable ownership in apartments, mobile home parks, hotels, and single family homes within the US and internationally.
Robert has been a licensed Real Estate Broker in Arizona since 2009 and currently serves as a Designated Broker for Rise48 Communities a subsidiary property management company within Rise48 Group.
Robert holds a Master of Science in Architecture from Polytechnic University of Cracow, Poland with the special recognition from the Royal Institute of British Architects in London (RIBA).
