With 20 years of experience in the multifamily housing industry, Tonia is a seasoned professional who specializes in overseeing diverse property portfolios, including conventional market-rate communities, LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) properties, and Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher units. She is particularly skilled in LIHTC compliance, conducting file audits, and managing REAC inspections.
