May at Rise48 Equity was defined by connection—across our teams, our industry, and the markets where we’re growing. On the capital formation front, our team attended the Ultimate Partnering Conference in Dallas, where Director of Capital Formation Nick Stromwall presented on how Rise48 partners with Fund Managers and joined a panel discussion on launching a fund and raising capital. The event brought together capital partners, operators, and fund managers for substantive conversations around building allocator relationships and the role operator partnerships play in accelerating capital formation—exactly the kind of dialogue that sharpens how we show up for our partners.
Closer to home, we deepened transparency with our investors through Rise48 Roadmap market tours in Raleigh and Greensboro, NC, offering partners an on-the-ground look at our North Carolina portfolio—walking the assets, discussing market fundamentals, and connecting directly with the team leading underwriting, operations, and execution across the region. These tours reflect our ongoing commitment to giving investors real visibility into our strategy and long-term approach.
Internally, our Arizona on-site teams came together for team lunches across the portfolio—East Valley at Rise at The District and West Valley at Rise Parkside—creating space to connect beyond day-to-day operations. Investing in the people behind our properties is just as important as the properties themselves, and May was a strong reminder of that.
This quarter, our on-site teams across Arizona gathered for lunch, bringing our AZ Rise48 Communities staff together across the portfolio.
Our East Valley team hosted their lunch at Rise at The District, while the West Valley team met at Rise Parkside, with taco food trucks and time set aside to connect outside of day-to-day operations.
Gatherings like these are an important part of how we stay aligned across properties and strengthen the relationships between the people behind every Rise48 property.
