Our CEO & Co-Founder, Zach Haptonstall along with our new VP of Capital Formation, Jeremy Dyer, attended the Marcus & Millichap Multifamily Forum in Dallas, TX earlier this week.
Zach was a panelist speaker where he dove into discussions on the future of the economy, demographic trends among investors, market supply and demand, and more.

We purchased Rise Blue Ridge, 247 units in Charlotte, NC in June 2024. We’ve already completed a brand new 3-tone exterior paint scheme, upgraded the landscaping, and added new marketing banners. We’re in the process of re-roofing the entire property and have just begun to renovate units.
