This past week, we hosted our annual Maintenance Appreciation lunch where we honored and celebrated our maintenance teams across our Phoenix portfolio. Our team enjoyed a taco stand and participated in an awesome raffle!
Through partnering with some of our vendors, we were able to raffle off a 75-inch TV, Traeger pellet grill, multiple PS5s, power drills, a black stone griddle, and so much more!
This event was just a small token of appreciation to show how much we value all of your hard work and dedication! The effort that this team puts in does not go unnoticed and we truly couldn’t do what we do without this awesome crew.

Last Friday we hosted our Rise48 Equity Halloween party! We enjoyed delicious pasta and salad from Buca di Beppo, build your own caramel apples, Halloween trivia, and a costume contest! The winners were Daniel in our Dallas office as Mugatu, and our Phoenix marketing team as Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Happy Halloween!
