Rise Camelback, a 209-unit property that we acquired in August of 2021, has successfully undergone the following capex updates:
– New Rise48 Monument signage
– Full exterior painting
– Leasing office upgrades
– Pool deck upgrades
– New dog park
– Fitness Center upgrades
Since acquisition, we have renovated a total of 134 units at the property with an average rent of $67 above our proforma.
