Rise48 Equity Donates School Supplies to Dallas Residents
The Rise48 Group and their philanthropic organization, Rise Up Give Back, hosted their third annual “Rise Supplies” Back-to-School events last month in Dallas, TX, (and the Phoenix market) where they donated backpacks and school supplies to all of their residents.
These back-to-school events were hosted at all 11 of Rise48 Equity’s apartment communities in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. All of the onsite property management teams hosted an event for their residents to choose and personalize free back-to-school essentials, including backpacks, folders, notebooks, pencils, colored pencils, rulers, glue sticks, highlighters, pencil sharpeners, and more!
The properties each celebrated the new school year by hosting luaus, pool parties, outdoor movie screenings, and gift card raffles! Our residents also enjoyed our BBQ cookouts and pizza parties, along with delicious treats including shaved ice and cotton candy.
Rise48 Equity aspires to elevate living standards for all of their residents, which is why the Rise Supplies were created, to alleviate the financial burden that parents often face when buying school supplies for their children. Rise48 Equity’s CEO and Co-Founder, Zach Haptonstall, said, “Our team had a great time interacting with all of our residents and their children at the Rise Supplies event. This is the second year we’ve done this now in Dallas, and third year overall and it’s great to see it grow every year and allow us to make an impact at our communities.
